She clearly told that the reason that they all couldn’t become mothers was the very thing that brought them closer.

She insisted Mary not to talk about it much to which Mary agreed positively. But that did not happen at all. She kept on discussing all the related terms and incidents which made everyone quite unhappy. Now when the OP warned her to stop doing it or else she’d have to remove her from the group it made Mary infuriated.
