Shutterbug Stands By Her Clients For Their ‘Corona-Wedding’ Photo Shoot
Kingsley and Cameron Rosshailing from Galveston, Texas, had their dream day perfectly planned. The love birds wanted their spring wedding to be held in New Orleans. But this deadly virus pushed them to have a ‘corona wedding’ at a beach. Their wedding photographer Julia Arceri, in an interview, revealed how the two had to rearrange everything.The newlyweds originally had a very long list of invitees for their fairytale wedding.But then life threw at themlemons from the corona pandemic garden. And they decided to make some toothsome lemonade out of it.
Theywere quick to send invites to a very few close friends and family. A friend of theirs got ordained to get them hitched. At last, the duo requested Arceri to capture the event through her lens.The clicker, who had already covered their engagement, was glad to accept the deal.Kingsley and Cameron made the most out of whatever they had to make their wedding day memorable. They posed with masks and beers from the corona brand to celebrate their pandemical wedding.
God too, showered his blessings onto them in the form of a heavy rainfall, which they happily welcomed with some umbrella-propped poses.Arceri shared her unique wedding project online on her Instagram but was shocked to see the backlash. While many people sent love for the newlyweds, some of them thought that this was a very insensitive move. These people shared their concerns about the duo violating the social distancing norms and publicizing it.
In fact, some of the Instagram users said that they should not be using face masks as some props while the world is witnessing a shortage of the same.On the contrary, the couple gained a few well-wishers via the comment section. One lady commented on how piteous it was for her to see people cursing two people who had just begun their journey as partners. Some people defended them both by stressing on the fact that the man and wife didn’t gather a huge crowd thus following all the safety norms.
Even with so much of debate going on, the clicker lady stood by her clients. Arceri expressed her disappointment to see people portraying the couple as if they don’t understand the seriousness of the trouble we all are in. She disapproved of the claims that her clients misused the masks since the photographs were taken before the masks shortage was announced.
